A Chief Superintendent of Customs reportedly found dead at his home in Kano state
According to report, the deceased, identified as CSC Abdulahi Abdulwahab Magaji, a customs officer serving in Abuja, was said to allegedly shot himself in his house at Farm Centre, Binta Street, with a pump action rifle.
His wife alerted his family, who moved him to the hospital, where he was declared dead.
As at press time, no one can confirm the cause of his death as police commence further investigation to ascertain the real cause of the tragedy.
In further investigation, the Customs National Public Relation Officer, Chief Superintendent of Custom Maiwada Abubakar said that the cause of his death is uncertain until the final investigation is concluded.
His corpse has since been released to the family for burial according to Islamic rites.
