Three hundred women whose sources of livelihoods were affected by insurgency will benefit from the free skills acquisition training organised by officials of Community Engagement & Social Development Initiative.
The brutal activities of Boko haram in the past ten years, has broken many homes, turning many women to widows and children to orphans.
The women to benefit from the free skills training were drawn from Potiskum, Nangere and Nguru Local governments of Yobe state.
Officials of the Community Engagement & Social Development Initiative is determined to address the situation and has decided to assist women in Yobe state.
The training is expected to go a long way in ameliorating the challenges faced by the women in their daily activities.
